Felicea Meyer-DeLoatch
MSW, LCSW - President/CEO
Felicea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working with children and families for more than thirty years in a variety of settings, She has worked in the areas of special education, School Social Work, and homelessness. Felicea retired after thirty years of service with Fairfax County Public Schools and is currently in private practice in Fairfax Virginia.

Brenda Moore
Vice President
Brenda L. Moore is a retired Registered Nurse. A native New Yorker, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She enjoyed a professional career in obstetrics, medicine, pediatrics, and recruiting for more than 20 years. A passionate philanthropist, she and her husband of over 36 years have formed the Mark & Brenda Moore and Family Foundation.

Nicole D. Drake
Co-founder and COO of D2 Ventures, LLC
Nicole has over two decades of management, leadership and technical experience from intelligence-contract companies like Lockheed Martin and SAIC. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T and a MS in Aerospace Engineering from UMD-College Park. Her transition into entrepreneurship led her to be the co-founder and COO of D2 Ventures, a dynamic multi-faceted business management and services corporation where she provides oversight to Area Directors and Operations Managers who are responsible for different Franchise entities that D2 Ventures owns. Her expertise in program/project management, staff recruitment and retention and personnel management enhances the company’s operational efficiency and growth. Nicole is happily married to her business partner, Dennis and is a stepmother to Shayna, Devon and Ashton.
